Strawberry Rhubarb Sour
Start by filling your Strawberry Rhubarb cocktail kit with gin or bourbon. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
- 2 oz Strawberry Rhubarb infused gin or bourbon
- 0.5 oz fresh lemon juice
- 1 egg white or 1tbsp aquafaba
- Rhubarb ribbon for garnish (and a line of crushed hibiscus if you're feeling fancy!)
Add Strawberry Rhubarb infused spirit, lemon juice & egg white/aquafaba to an empty cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with a rhubarb ribbon.
Tip: before dry shaking, wrap your shaker with a paper towel or kitchen towel to prevent leakage.
