Niagara Peach Sweet Tea

Start by infusing an Amalfi Afternoon Cocktail Infusion Kit with bourbon. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.

1.5 oz Amalfi Afternoon infused bourbon
1 oz peach schnapps
Iced tea
Fresh lemon juice
Garnish: lemon wheel

Fill a Collins glass with ice. Add Amalfi Afternoon-infused bourbon and peach schnapps to the glass. Top with iced tea. Add a squeeze of fresh lemon juice. Stir to blend. Garnish with a lemon wheel.
