Refund policy
All sales are final. We accept exchanges for products damaged in transit or if the incorrect item was shipped.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email cheers@maidenvoyagemobilebarco.com within 7 days of receipt of product. Please include a picture of the damaged item or incorrect item in your email. Upon receipt of your email we will respond promptly and accordingly and make sure your replacement is sent out or a refund is issued.
