Peachy Keen Spritz
Start by infusing an Amalfi Afternoon Cocktail Infusion Kit with vodka or gin. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
Gather:
- 1 oz Amalfi Afternoon infused spirit
- 2 oz Aperol
- 1 oz Peach Juice
- 3 oz Prosecco
- Sparkling water or club soda
- Garnish: Peach slices and a sprig of mint
Fill a wine glass with ice. Add infused spirit, Aperol, peach juice, and Prosecco to the glass. Top with a splash of sparkling water or club soda. Stir to chill. Garnish with fresh peach slices and a sprig of mint.
