Spicy Raspberry Pineapple Margarita Recipe
Start by infusing a Raspberry Mimosa cocktail infusion kit with tequila.
1.5 oz Raspberry Mimosa infused tequila
0.5 oz Lime juice
1.5 oz Pineapple juice
2-3 Slices of jalapeno (optional)
Salt and lime zest for rimmer.
Combine salt and lime zest to make the rimmer. Run a lime wedge around the lip of a double rocks glass and dip into lime salt, set glass aside. Add lime juice and jalapeno slices to an empty shaker, muddle lightly. Add infused tequila, pineapple juice and ice to the shaker, shake to chill. Strain into ice-filled prepared glass. Garnish with a raspberry jalapeno skewer. Sit back and stay golden. Cheers!
