Spiced Clementine Whiskey Sour Recipe
Start by infusing a Chai Old Fashioned cocktail jar with whiskey.
2 oz Chai Old Fashioned infused whiskey
1.5 oz Clementine juice
0.5 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Add all ingredients to an ice-filled shaker. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds. Strain and pour over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
