Start by filling your Raspberry Mimosa cocktail kit with vodka. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
Gather:
1 scoop of lemon sorbet
1.5 oz Raspberry Mimosa-infused vodka
2-3 oz sparkling Moscato/Sparkling wine
Fresh raspberries for garnish
Add a scoop of lemon sorbet to a chilled coupe glass. Add raspberry mimosa-infused vodka over the sorbet. Top with sparkling moscato/sparkling wine. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
