Start by infusing your Cosmo cocktail kit with whiskey*. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
*you could also make this with gin or vodka!
2oz Cosmo-whiskey infusion
1oz Amaretto liqueur
1 oz Lemon juice
1oz Egg white or aquafaba
Candy jelly hearts for garnish
Add ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake for 20 seconds to get a nice foam. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with candy jelly hearts on a cocktail pick.
