Gingersnap Whiskey Sour
Start by filling your Gingersnap cocktail infusion kit with bourbon or your favourite whiskey. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
- 1.5 oz Gingersnap infused bourbon
- .75 oz lemon juice
- .75 oz water
- 1 small egg white or .75 oz aquafaba
- dehydrated lemon wheel for garnish
Add ingredients to an ice filled shaker. Shake for 20 seconds to get a nice foam. Strain into a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with dehydrated lemon wheel.
