Pineapple Cucumber Margarita

Pineapple Cucumber Margarita Recipe

Start by infusing a Pina Colada cocktail kit with tequila.

Recipe for One. Gather:

  • 1.5 oz Pina Colada Infused Tequila
  • 1.5 oz Pineapple juice
  • 0.5 oz Lime juice
  • 6 Slices of cucumber
  • Salt or Tajin for rimmer

Run a wedge of lime around the rim of your glass, dip into salt or Tajin. Set aside. Add the cucumber slices and lime juice to an empty shaker, muddle. Add Tequila, pineapple juice and ice to the shaker. Shake to chill. Strain into the prepared, ice-filled rocks glass. Garnish with cucumber slices.

For a crowd (10 servings). Gather:

  • 2 cups Pina Colada Infused Tequila (the whole jar!)
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 5 oz lime juice
  • 5 oz cucumber juice (whiz a cucumber in a blender, strain)
  • 5 oz sparkling water
  • Lime & cucumber slices
Add all of the ingredients to a pitcher, stir to mix well. Add lime and cucumber slices for garnish. Serve over ice and garnish with cucumber slices. Enjoy your party!
