Blueberry Mint Whiskey Sour
Start by filling your Blueberry Mint cocktail kit with whiskey. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
- 2 oz Blueberry Mint infused whiskey
- 1 oz Limoncello
- 2 Dashes of Angostura bitters
- 1 Egg white or 1 tbsp Aquafaba
- Sprig of mint & lime wedge for garnish
Add Blueberry Mint infused whiskey, limoncello & egg white/Aquafaba to an empty cocktail shaker. Dry shake (no ice) for 20 seconds. Add ice to the shaker and shake again for 20 seconds. Strain into an ice filled double rocks glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint.
Tip: before dry shaking, wrap your shaker with a paper towel or kitchen towel to prevent leakage.
