French Kiss Recipe
Start by infusing a Raspberry Mimosa Cocktail jar with gin or vodka. Let infuse for 3 days. Strain out the fruit and place the liquid back in the jar.
- 2 oz Raspberry Mimosa infused spirit
- 1 oz Chambord liqueur
- 0.5 oz lime juice
- 4-5 mint leaves
- fresh raspberries for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Use a muddler or a spoon and gently press the mint leaves. Add ice to the shaker and shake for 15 seconds. Strain into a chipped coupe. Garnish with fresh raspberries.
