Start by filling your Winter White Sangria cocktail infusion kit with gin. Let infuse for 3 days. Strain out fruit and place liquid back in the jar.
- 1.5 oz of Winter White Sangria gin infusion
- 0.25 oz lemon juice
- 0.5 oz elderflower liqueur
- 1 oz pear juice
- 1 egg white (or 0.75 oz aquafaba)
- Pear slices for garnish
Add all ingredients to a shaker. Shake without ice for 15 seconds, add ice to the shaker and shake 15 seconds, strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a pear fan and a star anise.
