Blueberry Pineapple Fauxjito (Mocktail)
Start by infusing a Blueberry Mint cocktail kit with hot water. Let cool in the fridge for 24 hours.
2 oz blueberry mint infusion
2 lime wedges (or 0.5 oz lime juice)
2 oz pineapple juice
Muddle lime quarters (or juice) and 4-6 mint leaves in the bottom of a highball glass. Add blueberry infusion and stir. Fill glass with ice, add pineapple juice and top with soda water. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a slice of lime or pineapple wedge.
