Bourbon Sunset Bloom
Start by infusing a Hawaiian Hibiskiss Cocktail Infusion Kit with bourbon. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
Gather:
1.5 oz Hawaiian Hibiskiss infused bourbon
2 oz pineapple juice
1 lime wedge
3-4 mint leaves
Garnish: mint sprig, lime wedge or wheel
In a cocktail shaker muddle 1 lime wedge, mint leaves and 1.5oz Hawaiian Hibiskiss infusion. Add pineapple juice and ice to shaker. Shake until cold. Strain into an ice filled cocktail glass. Garnish with a sprig of mint and a lime wedge or wheel.
