Amaretto Sour Punch
Start by filling your Cherry Sangria cocktail kit with 3 cups of bourbon. Refrigerate for 3 days. Strain and add liquid back into the jar.
- 3 cups Cherry Sangria infused bourbon
- 1.5 cups Amaretto
- 3 cups Ginger ale
- 1 cup Lemon juice
- 0.75 cup Orange juice
- 0.5 cup Simple syrup (optional, to taste)
- Cherries for garnish (or use one of the cherries from the kit)
Add Cherry Sangria infused bourbon, 1.5 cups Amaretto, ginger ale and all the juices to a large pitcher. Mix well. Add simple syrup to taste if needed. Serve in a rocks glass over crushed ice.
*Simple syrup: add 0.5 cup white sugar to 0.5 cup boiling water. Mix until clear.
