The Clover ClubStart by infusing a Raspberry Mimosa Cocktail Jar with gin.
2 oz Raspberry Mimosa infused gin
1 oz Lemon juice
1 Egg white
Add all ingredients to an empty shaker and dry shake for 20 seconds. Add ice to shaker and shake a further 20 seconds. Strain into a chilled coupé glass. Garnish with a raspberry.
